Whats the DEal ??

While watching Deal or No Deal last night. This very cute bubbly southern girl (Miss Tater) came on stage. She and her hubby had been married for 2 years. Her hubby is in some sort of military service. He was sitting in the audience. Howie asks. So what will you do if you win the money. Well Howie says the girl. My husband and I have been married for 2 years and we would like to start a family. AWE :). Then she says that don't have any health insurance and they need some to start their family . WHAT ???? YOU HAVE NO HEALTH INSURANCE ??? Ok this young man is willing to give his life for his country but his family doesn't get anything to take care of them !!!????!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE ???????
